1. Alarm generating condition – In case of Over-Temperature Alarm of the drive, when Ezi-SERVO & S-SERVOII series of inner drive temperature goes over 85℃, both products will generate alarm #5 as [Over-Temperature] alarm.
2. Solution – In case of multi-drives installation into sealed space, please make ambient temperature lower than 50℃ and if need, please use cooling fan. 

Please follow corrective action procedures once alarm generated.
