Ezi-SERVO is a basically Full closed loop system. However, we can also provide a Semi Closed Loop Ezi-SERVO if it’s necessary or requested by customer. 

Ezi-SERVO basically can be set  In-Position value from 0 to 7. However, Semi-Closed Loop is applied , In-position value can be modified according to parameter, If the parameter is 0, Ezi-SERVO is a full closed loop system. If the parameter is 1, it’s a semi-closed loop system. Semi Closed Loop’s  In-Position value range is up to 49 pulse.

The Semi-Closed loop can stop completely when the high inertia of load stops.
However it functions with the open loop in its halted condition(±1.8°) which means the position accuracy is not precise compared to the Full closed loop mode.
