S-SERVOII’s current control according to Load essentially enables the reduction of the motor’s high temperature which occurs in a general stepping motor system and saves energy usage. This special feature was initially exclusive to the servo motor system, but it is now an available feature for the S-SERVOII.

The general stepping driver can be heated easily because of the constant current that enters the motor regardless of the magnitude of the load. However, S-SERVOII automatically controls the motor current according to loads. In addition, the Acc/Dec characteristics can be improved significantly by Boost Current (Up to 150%)
