Ezi-SERVO is servo system by 10,000~Max. 32,000 [ppr] High resolution of encoder to detect current position, so it is basically different product from normal micro step drive.
Conventional 2 phase or 5 phase open loop micro step drive actually has Max. 50,000 or 100,000 resolution but it does not guarantee
fully positioning due to rotational direction or other conditions (external force condition when motor stops).
So normal Micro step drive’s actual resolution is around 1,000~2,000[[ppr]] only.
Ezi-SERVO has big advantage for total Performance of machine, position accuracy or Lost motion and it will be able to improve performance of application.
