Dear all,
we are facing a problem after replacing an Ezi-SERVO Plus-R with firmware V06.03.043 with new unit with firmware V06.03.043.11 Downloading same parameters but motor wont move. Using old drive (with old firmware) problem disappear. Apparently with the new firmware the drive remain in PT-STOPPED condition. Do you have any possible solution?
