Dear Sir / Madam
We require servo motors and drives to be integrated with plc, our application is to manufacture a checkweigher the load that is to be weighed is 100gm. Our belt thickness is less then 1 mm conveyer size 6 inch by 9 inch therefore total weight will be not more then 150grm . The speed is to be 300 samples per minute Please advice the appropriate motor and drive for this application. Total 3 motors are required with Synchronizer so that these motors are synchronized There are 3 conveyors 1st for incoming 2nd for load checking (checkweigher) and 3rd for outgoing. The sizes for all 3 belts and the weight are same. A picture of the proposed check weigher is attached (don’t consider the dimensions) for your reference |
